Hi, I am a recent Ph.D. graduate of the Astronomy department at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. I worked with Prof. Jim Bell on results from the Mars Exploration Rover (MER) mission. Specifically, I am used the Pancam instruments to study the surface composition and history of water at Gusev Crater. I also worked with MER operations as a Pancam Payload Downlink Lead.
Additionaly, I used orbital imagery to study Eberswalde Crater, one of the four candidate landing sites for the Mars Science Laboratory (MSL) rover.
I currently work at CalTech with Dr. John Grotzinger with a fellowship provided by the NASA post-doctoral program.
